The Process and the Goal

The goal is this: Own enough property of non-Church members to funnel money into the Church and use it to help Church members. Available funds will include the tithed money from members as well as the money from the rental properties. I will pay myself from this eventually, but not until the system is working the way I want it to.
Step one: Choose a location (Lansing, MI). This location was chosen because of the northern latitude (will be useful as climate change increases) its local access to fresh water (if there are water wars), and the current median price of homes (median listing of $129.9k, median selling price of $141k).
Step two: Purchase first house via tithed funds, in cash, so that mortgage rates are not an issue. Rent his house at the median rent value ($1049/mo).
Step three: Use the combined tithing funds and rental funds to buy enough houses to equate to $10,000 in MRR (monthly recurring revenue).
Step four: Set aside 25% of combined income for 1 year, using the rest to continue to purchase rentals.
Step five: After one year, begin using set aside funds to aid Church Members in moving, renovating, or to pay off bills. Aiding members should increase their disposable income and therefore increase their tithing amount.
Note that Church members who move into Church-owned housing will pay a significantly reduced rate of rent, if renting, or may sign up for a rent-to-own scheme if their down payment capabilities or credit score do not allow them to purchase on their own.
This should be repeated, ad infinitum, until the Church reaches a state that it is self-reinforcing. Money will be used to subsidize food purchases, cover housing and student loans for medical and mental health professionals that will service Church members part time. For people with felonies or needing work experience, Church funds will be used to build and man grocery stores in food deserts and private schools that are not subject to Alt-Right/Right-Wing legislative whims..
I want to pool money in the same way corporations do to exercise power, but exercise it in a way that is actually beneficial to the people investing in the company in a way that’s more powerful than stock dividends. Consider me your personal CEO.
Sincerely,
Lady Sun
